Since we will be having an microbiology practical exam in a fortnight, today i will be posting about some theoretical result i secretly took in the lab.

Some information for microbat result. MIcrobat is a kit that can be used to indentify an unknown organism by performing various biochemical tests.
How are we suppose to do after one day of inoculation,
our Favorited Macconkey agar, which is use to isolate gram negative bacteria.Its mechnism of action is shown below.

EMB agar, an agar
Kligler Iron agar, an agar for detection of hydron sulfide production by salmonella.
Proteus Vulharus on a coliform agar, a blue color indicates that it is an enteria bacteria.
Salmonell, a non enteric bacteria~~~
