today, as promise, i will be showing you guys the PCR machine
1st of all, PCR machine(Thermocyle Machine) is always been over rated. Don't be too disappointed once you know exactly how to use it
1st of all, an overview.

| and this is to turn on the power, nothing special. |

| and again turn on the power boringly |

| now, put in your sample (usually in a 20uL or 50uL tubes), into the bee hive as shown. The bee hive is made of metal and can be really hot during operation |

| now the software, i will not be showing the programing as anyone who touch this machine will know how to use it. so, you just have to press enter when the highlight is on the start position. |

| ok, done...now you just have to wait for roughly 3 hours for the cycle to finish usually people would run an agarose gel to check for the quality of the PCR, i would let you know what is that next time |
